Dingxi, Gansu province, will increase wastewater treatment fee from November 1.

      The charge for residents will increase from 0.3 to 0.5 yuan per cubic meter; while other kinds of users from 0.4 to 0.7 yuan per cubic meter.

      The readjustment has no adverse impact to residents, but accelerates the establishment of a positive mechanism on wastewater treatment and a water conservation city.
